To protect yourself from possible fraudulent activity on your services, it is essential to:
- Use strong passwords
- Keep your passwords safe – do not store them in plain text in computer files or written down on paper
- Avoid emailing or storing credentials in the emails
- Use 2 Factor Authentication where available
- If you are not calling international destinations, request for them to be blocked
- Update your passwords as frequently as possible, at least once every quarter
